Let us know IMMEDIATELY so that we may help you diagnose the problem. We usually need to see a plant to make a diagnosis as it is difficult to make this assessment over the phone. We ensure that the plants that leave the farm are of good quality and CANNOT replace plants that have been damaged due to neglect, weather or unfavorable conditions. Also, please retain your receipt. We cannot accept any returns with out your receipt.
We typically start picking strawberries anywhere between the second and third week of June at our Story Road location. The season is usually about 3 to 4 weeks long. We pride ourselves on having one of the cleanest strawberry patches around and our customers have commented on how enjoyable the picking is. The strawberries are wonderfully sweet and delicious. We have pre-picked as well as PYO at the Story Road farm and we also have pre-picked strawberries at our main farm stand on S. Mast Street. PYO IS CLOSED for the 2017 season. Please call the farm for more information.
